1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, depositing funds, or using any service offered on key11, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updated terms published by key11.

These terms apply to all users of the key11 website, mobile application, and any associated services. They are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of this agreement.

2. Eligibility

To register and use key11 you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). key11 does not permit gambling by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must register using your own true identity. Registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a key11 employee involved in the operation of the platform.

3. Account Registration and KYC

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on key11. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances or bonus winnings may be forfeited. During registration you must provide accurate personal details including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. key11 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any time, including government-issued photo ID and proof of address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. key11 will not be liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

key11 supports a range of payment methods tailored for Bangladeshi players. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currently accepted payment channels include:

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳200.
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — minimum deposit ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-72 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

key11 reserves the right to conduct anti-money-laundering checks before processing any withdrawal. Funds deposited into your account may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise approved in writing by key11 support. key11 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

key11 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, including a welcome bonus for first-time depositors. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry conditions which are communicated at the time of the offer. By claiming any bonus you agree to the terms of that specific promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible player and once per household address or shared device.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The rollover amount will be stated clearly in each individual promotion.
• key11 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to void bonus winnings if abuse or fraud is detected.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on key11. Any user found engaging in such conduct will have their account immediately suspended and any funds held may be confiscated:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime involving the key11 platform or its payment systems.
• Attempting to access another user's account, or engaging in any activity that compromises the security or integrity of the key11 platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the key11 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of key11 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the key11 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any key11 content without prior written authorisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, key11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

key11 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. key11's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your key11 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

key11 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described therein. 12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of key11 shall be subject to the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which key11 operates.
